There is a lot that can be done with raw ingredients. This year's menu reflects the best and most popular items. At this time, we are offering treats for birthday parties, graduation parties and other large gatherings.
Note: due to increased cost of imports, I am watching prices carefully, because most ingredients are imported. Should ingredients increase significantly in price, the prices below are subject to change to reflect the cost. The pricing below reflects the cost as of May 2025, and updates will be made if changes become necessary.

UnBaked Cookies - Chocolate Chip
These raw cookies are made with raw cashew butter, soaked and dehydrated oats, and coconut oil, with maple syrup and other natural sweeteners, and then dehydrated to create a texture of a soft, slightly chewy cookie.
>>This recipe was tested by both adults and kids, who ate every crumb and asked for more!<< Ways to use the cookies: If you refridgerate them, they are more firm and chewy and if you leave them out, they become more soft. You can eat them as-is for a special treat, or chop them up for cookie-bites, or even mix them into ice cream for a good-for-you cookie-dough ice cream! Ingredients: Oat flour, cashew butter, coconut oil, chocolate chips, brown rice syrup, agave syrup, oat fiber, salt, vanilla, stevia (optional) THESE FREEZE WELL! You can store them in the freezer for 2-3 months. They are good in the fridge for 2 weeks. $25 per dozen |
Bento Cakes - 2.5"-4"
Cakes can be ordered for a special occasion either as large cakes or individual ones. These bento cakes serve 1-6 people each. The frosting is light and goes well with fruit! 4-inch and 2.5-inch individual cakes are available (how about a tea party?) The toppings can be strawberry for a strawberry shortcake, raspberry, blueberry, or citrus.
The cake itself can be vanilla, or can be flavored almost any way you like - including lemon, lime, orange, and coconut - poppyseeds go amazing with any of these as well (such as lemon poppyseed!) Ingredients: Coconut, almonds, irish moss, psyllium, zucchinni, cashews, agave syrup, coconut nectar, coconut cream, vanilla, and powdered Lakanto or coconut sugar. Cakes can be stored in the fridge for 5 days maximum. They may be frozen for up to 2 weeks. $15 per 2.5" cake (single serve) $60 per 4" cake (serves 4-6) |
UnBaked Fudge Brownies
These brownies are unlike any other raw brownie you'll find. They have a fudgy ganache topping and cake-like texture. They consist of oat flour, walnuts, pumpkin seeds, coconut sugar and raw chocolate.
You can request them plain, or with caramelized walnut topping. Ingredients: Walnuts, cashews, pumpkin seeds, cocoa powder, oat flour, coconut oil, coconut nectar, coconut palm sugar, cocoa butter, chocolate paste, almond milk, vanilla, salt. |
Candied Nuts Trail Mix
These are too good not to share - these are inspired by the candied nuts that are placed on the cakes and brownies - I usually make extra so that I can eat them! These would be wonderful set out in a bowl at a party, or to place in a mason jar and give as a gift! This recipe is inspired by Crystal Dawn Bonnet's cake recipes, and they come out in sweet crispy clumps.
The are created by coating soaked/sprouted nuts and seeds in a sweet and salty mixture, and dehydrating them for a day until they crisp up.
Ingredients: Pecans, hazelnuts and/or walnuts, coconut nectar, coconut sugar, coconut oil, vanilla, salt. You may request any combo you like, including added dried fruits, and candied coconut flakes.

UnBaked Layer Cakes, Mousse Cakes and Cheesecakes For Special Occasions
Speciality Raw Vegan Cakes - Order Here
YOU MAY REQUEST A SAMPLE Sizes: 2.5", 4", or 6" cakes. Please order 2 weeks in advance, local orders only. I am happy to deliver! LAYER CAKES - These raw cakes are fluffy with soft cashew-cream frosting - they set up in the fridge, and once complete they are very similar in texture to crumbly muffin (it's magic!!) This cake is delicious with fruit, and they are served chilled. CHEESECAKES - These are made with cashew cream infused with probiotics, giving them rich flavor and a slight tang. I'll be very honest - most people can't tell these are raw, and will not ask questions when you hand them a slice! MOUSSE CAKES - Chocolate Mousse is a showstopper, and another dessert that disguises itself as a cooked dessert so well, and in my opinion, tastes far more refreshing! The mousse is rich so a little goes a long way! Mousse is also used for special decorations such as hearts.
