UnBaked Chocolate Chip Cookies
These raw cookies are made with raw cashew butter, soaked and dehydrated oats, and coconut oil, with maple syrup and other natural sweeteners, and then dehydrated to create a texture of a soft baked cookie.

Bento Cakes - 2.5"-4"
Cakes can be ordered for a special occasion - see below - or, as an individual treat. The frosting is light and goes well with fruit! 4-inch and 2.5-inch individual cakes are available. The toppings can be strawberry for a strawberry shortcake, raspberry, blueberry, or citrus.
The cake itself can be vanilla, or can be flavored almost any way you like - including poppyseed, lemon, lime, orange, and coconut. Ingredients: Coconut, almonds, irish moss, psyllium, zucchinni, cashews, agave syrup, coconut nectar, coconut cream, vanilla, and powdered Lakanto or coconut sugar. UnBaked Brownies
These brownies are unlike any other raw brownie you'll find. They have a fudgy gamache topping and cake-like texture. They consist of oats, pumpkin seeds, coconut sugar, and dates.

I'm very proud of these cake donuts. They contain oat flour, irish moss, a liquid sweetener, as well as the superfood powder lucuma.

YOU MAY REQUEST FREE SAMPLE :) There are 2 types of cake - dehydrated and non-dehydrated. The non-dehydrated cakes set up in the fridge, and once complete they are very similar in texture to crumbly muffin. This style is delicious with fruit. The dehydrated cakes are heated at a low temp and are closer to a traditional cake. Cake sizes: 6-inch, 4-inch, and 2.5-inch (sinsgle serving/bento) cakes, all with 3 layers filled with fruit or frosting. Please order 2 weeks in advance, local orders only. I am happy to deliver! More Details: Cake Texture is fluffy and resembles pound cake. Cakes may also contain a cream or mousse layer. Should be kept refrigerated until ready to use.
